This policy explains what personal information Enrover Solutions Private Limited ("Celesial Blue", "we") collects when you use celesialblue.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and the items you buy.
When you ask to be notified about a design or launch: your email address.
Payments: you pay on Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details. Razorpay tells us whether a payment succeeded and gives us a payment reference.
On your device: your bag contents are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out.

We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

To make, ship and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To handle cancellations, exchanges, refunds and support requests.
To send you the updates you asked for (for example, when a design drops).
To keep the records required by law, such as tax records.

Who we share it with

Razorpay, to process your payment.
Our production and delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address to make and deliver your order.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order records for us.
Authorities, when the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer laws require. Notification sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop receiving updates, by writing to[email protected]. Some order records must be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request.
