Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is free across India. We offer shipping services partnering with Bluedart and Delhivery primarily.
We try our best to get your order delivered in 5-7 working days. In case, of public holidays, government restriction or unforeseen circumstances, delivery of your order may take additional time.
CANCELLATION
Within 24 hours, we reach out to our customer for a quick call once the order is placed.
After confirmation from our customers, we proceed shipping of there respective orders. Once the order is confirmed and shipped we can’t cancel the order, as the order is already handed to our shipping partners.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Conditions for the refund/return are as follows:
- The wrong product was sent to you.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- If there is some defect in the product.
5-7 working days are taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email for the returned item regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-4 working days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with Order Number send over an email with an order confirmation.
EXCHANGE (SIZE MATTERS)
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@celesialblue.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
- Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- (1) the product/s are returned after use
- (2) the products are damaged
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
- If you have received a defective product, share images at support@celesialblue.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.
